About Anna

Anna (she/her) is a dedicated clinician, weaving the threads of science and compassion to guide you towards a self-aware, more resilient you.

She provides services at the North Shore Stress & Anxiety Clinic in BC, under the supervision of Dr. Michelle Haring (RPsych), while she completes her final requirements for her PhD, before applying to be registered at the highest level of accreditation as a PhD-level Psychologist by the College of Psychologists of British Columbia.

    Anna provides evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention to individuals experiencing mild to severe levels of anxiety, low mood, trauma, and other stress-related concerns. She is skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD.

  • Bio.

    Anna cultivated her passion for psychology at McGill University in Montréal (BSc). Her academic journey continued in the picturesque landscapes of Scotland, where she earned a Master of Science in Evolutionary and Comparative Psychology at the University of St. Andrews.
