Types of Concerns
Anna supports clients experiencing a range of concerns, specializing in anxiety, stress, and trauma-related issues.
Although a diagnosis is not required to participate in therapy, Anna is experienced in the assessment and treatment of individuals diagnosed with a range of anxiety and trauma-related disorders, including:
Generalized anxiety disorder
Social anxiety disorder
Health anxiety/Illness anxiety disorder
Panic disorder
Agoraphobia
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
Specific phobias

Evidence-Based Treatments
Anna is skilled in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
She has delivered CBT, DBT, and CPT in diverse formats (e.g., group and individual therapy; in-person and virtual therapy), and across various clinics in Ontario and British Columbia.
Depending on clients’ concerns and preferences, she flexibly integrates Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness skills. See Bio for more information about Anna’s therapeutic approach.

In-Person and Virtual Services
Services are available both in-person (at the North Shore Stress & Anxiety Clinic) and in virtual formats, so that you may participate in therapy from the comfort of your own home.
